Where orders ship from
Every order ships from our warehouse at 1300 Howard St, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. We ship within the United States only.
Shipping cost
Orders over $150 ship free. Orders under $150 pay a flat $19.99 shipping charge. The exact charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place an order. Freight items carry no extra shipping fee.
Processing time
We don't take payment at checkout — we email you an itemized invoice first. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after your invoice is paid. If any item is not in stock, we tell you before you pay.
Delivery time
Parcel orders go by UPS or FedEx Ground. Most of the East Coast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic receive them 2–4 business days after dispatch. Larger items (engine drives, welding tables, full plasma kits) ship by freight and take a day or two longer; the carrier calls to schedule a delivery window. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Pickup
You can choose “Pay at Pickup” at checkout and collect your order from our Lincoln Park, MI warehouse. This is our only pickup location, and pickup is by appointment only: call or message us to arrange a time before you come.
Sales tax
Checkout shows an estimated sales tax. The final tax for your delivery address appears on your invoice, which you review before paying.
